3.) ACCESSIBILITY. You can reach me during the business day, in the evenings, and even on the weekends. I provide my clients with my private cell phone so that you can reach me when you have a question.

4.) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR IN COURT (MOST CASES). I can appear in court in your absence for you in most misdemeanor cases. However, felony cases do require your personal appearance in court, at least at the first court date.

My interview process includes a free, confidential consultation at my office, or if necessary, by telephone. At the conclusion of our interview, I will give you my evaluation of your case, tell you what I believe I can do to help you with your case, and give a quote for my retainer.

The amount of my retainer is based on the seriousness of your case, the possible exposure (jail incarceration) that you may be facing, and, of course, your financial ability.
